Portside Real Estate Group opens in Cape Elizabeth

Cape Elizabeth, ME Portside Real Estate Group celebrated the official opening of their new location with a holiday gift drive event. 

The open house and holiday drive event was held on December 11th. Guests previewed the new space located at 4 Scott Dyer Rd. and met the local team. In addition to touring the new office, the community joined Portside, along with other local businesses, in the Opportunity Alliance’s Annual Gift Drive. Guests participated by bringing several items needed including winter coats, boots and gear (hats, gloves and scarves) to the event. 

C Salt Gourmet Market brought holiday cheer through their tasty bites along with holiday spirits provided by Caliber Home Loans of Portland. 

The new location will expand Portside’s growing footprint in southern Maine, with additional offices in Falmouth, Yarmouth and Portland.

Partnering with Tyler Karu on interior design, the office will have a transitional style throughout, with increased natural light, green features, agent offices and community gathering spaces, with community events starting in November.
