Portser Real Estate negotiated sale of two self-storage properties
Philip Portser, principal of Portser Real Estate, recently negotiated the sale of Rte. 44 Self Storage and Diamond Hill Self Storage on behalf of the sellers, 61 Putnam Place LLC and Diamond Hill Self Storage LLC.
Located at 61 Putnam Pke. in Johnston, Rte. 44 Self Storage is a 77,225 s/f facility consisting of thirteen single-story buildings that opened in 2002. The Diamond Hill facility, located at 1700 Diamond Hill Ave., is a 72,450 s/f facility that opened in 2006. The facility consists of ten single story buildings and features climate-control units as well as additional retail space.
Commenting on the transaction, Portser said, "The quality and location of these facilities were an excellent match with the buyer's criteria, which made them very desirable".
Portser Real Estate represented the sellers and procured the buyer in the transaction. According to sales records, the combined price for the two properties was $12.6 million.
