Project of the Month: Seaver Construction completes 10,000 s/f facility for Best Friends Pet Hotel in Tyngsboro, Mass.

 

 

Tyngsboro, MA Seaver Construction has completed a new Best Friends Pet Hotel located at 2 Technology Dr. This is their first new look prototype in the New England area. 

The 10,000 s/f facility provides space for grooming, boarding, training services and indoor/outdoor play areas. One of the unique features that they offer is the opportunity for clients to log-in remotely to interact with their pets. 

Best Friends vice president of facility development Keith Moreau said, “Seaver did a nice job handling the unique specifics of a project like this along with understanding the timing and the cost implications of any changes required.” 

 

 

Best Friends Pet Hotel is a state-of-the-art pet care facility. All Best Friends centers offer individual suites that are clean and climate controlled, with premium food, bedding and an extensive menu of individualized activities and services available. Clients can choose a grooming session, doggie day camp, training sessions or overnight stays. Best Friends is located in 18 states throughout the country, with five locations in Massachusetts.

EcoSteel provides pre-engineered steel building systems that are energy efficient and non-combustible. The 3D modeling and prefabricated steel roof and wall panels provide superior energy efficiency over traditional lumber frame materials
