Project of the Month: Dellbrook|JKS completes construction of 300-unit VIVA Lakeshore in Bridgewater, MA

Bridgewater, MA New England construction management firm Dellbrook|JKS has completed construction at VIVA Lakeshore alongside the Claremont Companies and CUBE 3 studios.

The 400,000 s/f project included slab on grade new construction of 300 units across two, five-story wood framed buildings with a combination nichiha/hardie siding façade and satellite garage parking for 60 vehicles.

“We are pleased to successfully turnover another luxury apartment complex to Claremont Companies and the Bridgewater area. With high end amenities, spacious apartment lay-outs, and convenient access to multiple through ways, this complex serves as a great resource to the area,” said Dellbrook|JKS project executive Gregg Ferrelli

VIVA Lakeshore has a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options with apartment amenities like in-unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, hardwood floors, and patios or balconies.

 

 

Community amenities include a resort-style and youth pool, a 24-hour fitness center, recreation room, playground, theatre room, business center, bike storage and repair center, outdoor grilling and dining, co-working spaces, and 10,000 s/f of landscaped open activity areas.

Located between Rtes. 24 and 495, VIVA Lakeshore is also in proximity to the Wrentham Outlets, Patriot Place, and is 15 minutes away from the Bridgewater Commuter Rail station.
