Project of the Month: Callahan Construction Managers continues work on 688,664 s/f Elevation Apartments at Crown Colony

Quincy, MA Elevation Apartments at Crown Colony is slated for completion this fall. The 688,664 s/f multifamily project is owned by The John Flatley Company, designed by Sheskey Architects and the construction manager is Callahan Construction Managers.

Located at 600 Crown Colony Dr., Elevation Apartments at Crown Colony is a new-construction project consisting of eight buildings: six wood-framed apartment buildings, four 5-story and two 6-story, a maintenance building and a clubhouse. The apartment buildings feature one-level garages, offering 300 garage parking spaces with additional uncovered parking locations. The luxury apartment development is located off I-93 and Rte. 3. This gated apartment community is a short drive or train ride to Boston.  

 

 

 The resident buildings will feature a total of 492 units with a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. The community offers units from 551 s/f for a studio to 1,363 s/f for a two-bedroom unit. The building façade will be a combination of fiber cement panels and 4” brick veneer.  

 There will be miles of pathways for walking, running or biking in a premier 175-acre park. Amenities will include a clubhouse which will house the leasing office, lounge with a fireplace, TV with seating area, clubroom with a bar, a 3,000 s/f fitness center with a yoga studio, coffee bar, theater room, and game room.  Outdoors is complete with showers, heated salt water swimming pool, a large man-made pond and a “Central Park” area, all located in the center of the resident buildings. The first apartments at Elevation opened last fall with completion slated for this October.
