Polar Design Build to complete 34,000 s/f project for Kenworth

Middleton, MA Polar Design Build, Inc. has been selected to complete a 34,000 s/f showroom, office and service area for Kenworth Northeast.

Kenworth Northeast is a full-service dealership including showroom, parts, and service. Spanning from New York to Rhode Island, Kenworth Northeast is committed to provide its customers with the best medium and heavy-duty trucks, service, and quality parts.

Polar Design Build will be acting as the general contractor for the project. They have selected Maugel DeStefano Architects, Flood Consulting and CBC Engineers for the ground up building.

The facility will be constructed out of CMU block and insulated panels and will feature 8” concrete slab, full sprinkler system throughout, LED lights, 11 service bays, a fabrication area, component rebuild area, state inspection bays and wash bays as well as radiant heated flooring the service areas.
