Bozzuto Construction Co. promotes Rennie to vice president
Boston, MA Bozzuto Construction Company (BCC), the construction arm of Bozzuto, has promoted Brian Rennie to vice president. In his new role, Rennie will be responsible for overseeing the company’s full project portfolio and construction operations in Greater Boston, as well as all renovation and capital improvement projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
“We are thrilled to have Brian step into this new role overseeing construction operations across our key markets in the Northeast,” said Mark Weisner, president at BCC. “For more than a decade he has demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to delivering quality results for clients. In this position, Brian will enable Bozzuto to expand on its current involvement and pursue new interests in Greater Boston and New England.”
Rennie has served in several key leadership positions at Bozzuto since joining the company in 2011, most recently as director responsible for supporting Bozzuto Construction’s continued expansion in Greater Boston, and managing key local projects. In his nearly 12 years at Bozzuto, Rennie has played an integral role in its continued growth and success, expertly managing complex construction and renovation projects, and building more than 5,000 units.
“I am excited to take on this new role and continue supporting our teams in key markets and nationally in delivering exceptional projects for clients,” said Rennie. “I am constantly inspired by our exceptional team and its ability to tackle complex challenges in innovative and creative ways, and look forward to diving into even more exciting opportunities in the months ahead.”
Rennie earned his bachelor’s degree in business finance from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business. His commitment to furthering the construction business is exemplified through his active involvement with industry organizations including the Ace Mentor Program, HAND, MAHC, and Urban Land Institute.
