Polar Design and Condyne Capital continue work on Blue Star project

Norton, MA According to Condyne Capital Partners and Polar Design Build, the erection of structural steel has commenced on the 60,000 s/f building 12 at Blue Star Business Park.

48 Leonard St. will feature 60,000 s/f, 32’ clear heights, storefront glass entry, 17 9’x10’ insulated dock doors, 14 trailer storage spaces, 35,000 lb hydraulic dock levelers, and one drive-in ramp. The exterior will feature a glass storefront entrance, full landscaping with well irrigation and 51 parking spots.

The park’s location in a business-friendly section of Southeastern Mass. is poised to fuel economic growth in an area with a strong regional labor base attracted to work opportunities close to home.

Blue Star Business Park puts a priority on mitigating high-tech energy consumption. Efficient buildings reduce greenhouse gases and accommodate charging stations for electric cars, which make up an increasing percentage of vehicles on the road. Accessible solar power keeps natural gas and electric consumption low, despite the power needs of the park’s innovative residents.

Blue Star Business Park is Condyne’s newest master-planned development comprising of modern high bay fulfillment centers serving today’s E-Commerce market.
