Plunkett of NAI Hunneman completes 12,480 s/f lease at 20 Old Colony Avenue

NAI Hunneman completed a 12,480 s/f lease with Independent Electric Supply at 20 Old Colony Ave. The company is headquartered in Somerville. South Boston will be a branch operation. NAI Hunneman executive vice president JP Plunkett represented the landlord Cole Development while Independent Electric Supply was represented by Warren Brown of Boston Commercial Properties. "This is a great deal for both tenant and landlord. With the bustling Seaport a mere minute away, Independent Electric should do quite well," said Plunkett. Located at the intersection with Dorchester Ave., 10-70 Old Colony Ave. totals in excess of 225,000 s/f of industrial/showrooml/flex/office space with generous clear heights, convenient loading and suburban-like parking ratios. The property is a very short walk from both Andrew and Broadway stations, which offer direct access to South Station, the next Red Line stop.
