12-16 Southwest Park is a free-standing single-story 14,785 s/f office/flex building situated on .97 acres with direct frontage on Rte. 1 and convenient access to I-95. Suburban Service Corp. of Norwood, which specializes in the design, installation, installation, service and maintenance of commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems, will occupy all of 12-16 Southwest Park.
