Platinum-LeChase awarded $18 million construction contract for 102 units

Platinum-LeChase Construction Group, LLC, was awarded an $18 million construction contract by LCB Senior Living for a new, 102-unit assisted living community to be built at 465 Quarry Hill Rd. Platinum-LeChase will serve as the construction manager at risk for the four-story structure, which is expected to span more than 110,000 s/f and feature steel and pre-cast concrete planks with light gauge metal framing and trusses. The interior design includes upscale finishes within each unit, along with ADA entrances and access systems. Wiemann Lamphere Architects is providing comprehensive architectural services. Upon completion, the facility will offer amenities such as a commercial kitchen, central and on-floor laundry, a salon/spa, fitness center, garden theater, main and private-dining rooms, T.V. lounge, library, convenience store and more. "It's a privilege for us to bring our passion for constructing senior housing facilities that provide for a sense of community to residents in the Burlington area," said Michael Moore, Platinum-LeChase managing partner. "We are proud to know that this high-quality structure will be a safe and beautiful home to countless residents for years to come." Construction begins this upcoming winter and is expected to be complete by summer of 2016.
