George Piroumoff, CCIM, of Century 21 William Smith Realty in Windsor represented the landlord.
The tenant, Pocket Communications, was represented by Jonathan Litsky of Sullivan Hayes Companies, Farmington.
This retail building is located at a traffic light at the corner of Albany Ave. (U.S. Route 44) and Lenox St. and has a signage pylon on the corner.
It also has curb cuts on both Albany Avenue and Lenox St.
