Pickering of New England Retail Props. leases 4,500 s/f to Gelvani Liquors

New England Retail Properties, Inc. has leased 4,500 s/f in East Haven Green Shopping Center located at 25-75 Frontage Rd. to Gelvani Liquors. Located off I-95 East Haven Green Shopping Center is a 200,000 s/f center located in one of Connecticut's most visible traffic arteries. It is home to a brand new Home Depot, AutoZone, Edible Arrangements, Off-Track Bedding and Wendy's. Nelson Pickering negotiated the lease between the landlord, East Haven Associates, and Gelvani Liquors on behalf of New England Retail Properties, Inc. Pickering represented the landlord and was the sole agent in the deal.
