Pickering of New England Retail Props. brokers two leases - 4,180 s/f

New England Retail Properties, Inc. recently finalized two leases at 216 Hemlock Ave. The newest tenants will be Kumon Learning Center, a 1,909 s/f Japan-based nationally located learning facility, and Comprehensive Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, a physical therapy facility which leased 2,271 s/f (relocating from its currrent location on Buckland St.in Manchester). Both of the businesses will be joining Vision Salon & Spa in this building on the corner of Hemlock Ave. and Buckland Rd. on the South Windsor/Manchester town line. Nelson Pickering of New England Retail Properties, Inc. exclusively represented the landlord, Vision Salon & Spa, LLC of South Windsor. Kumon Learning Center teaches children a curriculum of material spanning from preschool all the way up to college and has approximately 18 locations currently in Connecticut. Comprehensive Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy is a progressive physical medicine and rehab clinic serving the greater Hartford area for over 12 years. They have two Connecticut locations: one on the west end of Hartford, the other in Manchester in the Buckland Hills area.
