Phase Zero Design joins Colliers Engineering & Design

Simsbury, CT Phase Zero Design Corp., has merged with Colliers Engineering & Design. Phase Zero Design will rebrand as Colliers Engineering & Design in late 2024. 

“By joining Colliers Engineering & Design, we’re strengthening and growing the firm’s architectural, interior design and branding services,” said Matt Wittmer, AIA, LEED AP, principal, Phase Zero. “In addition, we’re now able to offer our clients a unique range of experiences and perspectives, ensuring they achieve their design visions and goals.” 

Phase Zero Design’s award-winning professionals bring a client-centric approach to six key sectors: Academic, healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, residential, retail, and workplace. The company, which has been serving its clients with excellence since 2009, will rebrand as Colliers Engineering & Design.
