Peregrine Group opens new property management division

The Peregrine Group has started its new property management company. The Peregrine Property Management team has played a significant role in the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of such properties as Ross Commons Condominiums, Rumford Center, 1300 Highland in Highland Corporate Park, Coastal Medical and the Ocean House in Westerly. Peregrine Property's Management team will include: * John McMahon, principal -after providing services as a marketing manager for Slades Ferry Bank, John transitioned to the Peregrine Group bringing with him his wealth of experience and knowledge of the financial services, real estate and marketing industries. * Jeffrey Spratt, principal - worked in the mortgage finance industry prior to transitioning into the construction industry with Enterprise Equipment Co., a mechanical contracting firm based out of Weymouth, Mass. * Colin Kane, principal - has broad experience in real estate development, managing the successful procurement, planning, entitlement and capitalization of projects in R.I., Mass., Maine, Vermont, and Virginia. * Jordan Stone, principal - Peregrine Group's lead partner in the planning and delivery of development projects, including architecture, engineering, and construction. As developers and owners of residential and commercial real estate, Peregrine understands the property management business and how to best maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Services include: * Condominium, apartment and commercial complex management * Maintenance and vendor contract procurement and negotiation * Ensuring the highest quality service and most competitive price from all subcontractors and vendors servicing your property * Financial operations management including budget creation, receivables and payables * Building and grounds repairs/operations * Association, management and board meeting administrative support
