The Southpoint Group LLC represented both the landlord and the tenant.
The Southpoint Group LLC is a boutique commercial real estate firm actively engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate, and focuses primarily in Fairfield, and New Haven Counties in Conn., and Westchester County in N.Y.
