Peabody Properties to manage Parkway 1208 in West Roxbury, MA

West Roxbury, MA Peabody Properties, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, will manage Parkway 1208, a 60-unit residential building developed by B’nai B’rith Housing and now under construction. Staff members from Peabody Properties were on hand to celebrate the recent groundbreaking of the dwelling designed for affordable and workforce families.

Located off the VFW Pkwy. abutting Baker St., the apartment community will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, with amenities that include a community room and a focus on ample space for residents to gather, co-work, and collaborate.

Additional amenities include a conference room, fitness area, laundry locations on each floor, an outdoor patio, children’s play area, community garden, walking path, and pet-washing station. The development will have 60 on-site parking spots, including electric vehicle charging stations as well as storage for bicycles.

Peabody Properties will staff Parkway 1208 with a full-time site manager and on-site service coordinator. Completion of Parkway 1208 is expected in the summer of 2023.
