Braintree, MA The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, presented Mark Regan, director of facilities, with the Edward A. Fish Achievement Award during its 2023 annual business meeting held at Gillette Stadium.

The Edward A. Fish Achievement Award is named for the founder of Peabody Properties, Inc. It recognizes the individual whose “performance consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty.”

Regan was selected for the honor by company principals based on his excellent work performance, consistent ability to lead by example, comprehension of the value of hard work and integrity, and for being a positive influence by promoting team achievement and providing exemplary service to colleagues at all levels within the company.

Regan began his career with Peabody Properties 35 years ago, starting as a maintenance technician and rising up the ranks to his current post as director of facilities, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s entire managed property portfolio.

“Mark provides advisory support, mentoring, oversight, troubleshooting, application assistance to on-site management and technical personnel and so much more,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and CEO of the Peabody Companies. “He truly embodies the spirit of the Edward A. Fish Achievement Award, and we are honored to have him on our team.”

“To say that this award is an honor is an understatement,” said Regan, noting that he met Edward Fish 18 years into his career with Peabody and was impressed by the way he conducted business. “I am truly blessed to be supported by outstanding company leadership and an amazing staff – all who help to make my job easier to complete.”
