Peabody Properties earns Most New Communities of Quality from National Affordable Housing Management Association

Peabody Properties, Inc., a full-service real estate firm managing in excess of 10,000 housing units across New England, was recognized by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) for earning the Most New Communities of Quality designations for Year 2012, nationwide. NAHMA's Communities of Quality (COQ) National Recognition and Awards program certifies affordable, multi-unit rental properties that achieve a high standard of excellence for maintenance, management, residential services, personnel training and other additional criteria.
