Peabody Properties assumes management of 446 units from ONE Neighborhood Builders

Providence, RI Peabody Properties has assumed management of 446 residential units from the ONE Neighborhood Builders portfolio in R.I. Communities within the ONE Neighborhood Builders’ portfolio, which Peabody Properties will now oversee management of, include 36 apartments at Sutton Place in East Providence; a total of 370 apartments clustered in ten development projects in the Olneyville and Elmwood neighborhoods of Providence: Amherst Gardens, Olney Village, Olneyville REDUX, Riverside Gateway, Adelaide Apartments, King Street Commons, Elmwood Neighborhood Revitalization II, Broad Street Revitalization, Parkis Historic Properties, and Villa Victorian; as well as 40 scattered-site apartments located across the Olneyville and Elmwood neighborhoods.

“ONE Neighborhood Builders’ mission is to develop affordable housing and engage neighbors across greater Providence to cultivate healthy, vibrant, and safe communities,” said Jennifer Hawkins, president and executive director of ONE Neighborhood Builders.

“To realize this mission, we rely upon strong and committed partners – such as Peabody Properties. We are confident that with Peabody Properties our rental homes will be managed to high quality standards.”
