The Peabody Companies names Devane as facilities manager

Braintree, MA The Peabody Companies has named John Devane as facilities manager/capital planning & NSPIRE. Working closely with the facilities director, in his role Devane oversees the planning and execution of capital projects across a diverse portfolio of properties. He is responsible for managing all phases of projects, from initial planning and bidding to construction management and project closeout.

 In addition to capital planning responsibilities, Devane also plays a critical role in National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) preparedness, In this capacity, he conducts comprehensive building inspections, develops quality management protocols, and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.

The recent appointment constitutes a return to the Peabody Companies for Devane, who originally joined the firms in November of 2015, departing in January of 2021.

“We are delighted to welcome John back to our team in the capacity of facilities manager,” said Mark Dubos, facilities director with the Peabody Companies. “He is a seasoned manager with expertise in NSPIRE regulations, allowing him to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our property managers and senior leaders.”
