PATCO builds 6,000 s/f NAPA Auto Parts Store

In 2011 NAPA (Genuine Parts Company) chose PATCO to renovate a 9,000 s/f location in Sanford, ME. They were so impressed with the renovation that they once again selected PATCO to build the company's 6,000 s/f store. The Waterboro location adds a new branch to the company, boosting employment in the area with all new employees and management. There were a couple of challenges associated with this project. It was necessary to demolish an existing structure on the property prior to beginning site work, and blasting was also required for ledge removal.
