Paskalis and Freshman of MG Commercial Real Estate broker $1.2 million sale at 30 Industrial Rd. - a 29,873 s/f manufacturing/warehouse building

Cumberland, RI George Paskalis, SIOR and Julie Freshman of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 29,873 s/f fully-leased, multi-tenant manufacturing/warehouse building located at 30 Industrial Rd.

The building, situated on 3.6 acres and occupied by three tenants, was purchased by David MacDonald. The seller, L.A. Pryer Realty, LLC owned and managed the property. 

Paskalis and Freshman represented the seller, while Mike and Ann Foncellino of Coldwell Banker Brokerage represented the buyer. 

The sale price was $1.2 million.
