Paskalis and Steingold of MG Commercial lease 44,000 s/f industrial building: Walles of CBRE reps tenant, New Engery Alliance
New Energy Alliance LLC has leased 44,000 s/f of industrial building space and 14.5 acres at 115 Lydia Ann Dr. for their point of operation for a three year long construction project on behalf of National Grid.
According to New Energy Alliance, the site was highly functional for a lay-down yard operation due to the site being mostly paved and having a flat topography.
George Paskalis, SIOR and Larry Steingold of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord. Rob Walles of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
