Paskalis and Mitchell of MG Commercial sell 108,000 s/f industrial building

East Providence, RI George Paskalis, SIOR, executive vice president and Leeds Mitchell IV, SIOR, executive vice president, of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of 25 Fairmount Dr.

The 108,000 s/f fully air conditioned manufacturing/warehouse facility, is situated on 7.8 acres off of Watermand Ave. The facility is comprised of 18,710 s/f of office space with the balance 89,290 s/f as warehouse and/or manufacturing space, was sold to Westbrook Partners for $5.8 million.

Paskalis and Mitchell, represented the seller, 25 Fairmount LLC were the sole brokers in the transaction.
