Paskalis and Gauvin of MG Commercial lease 34,000 s/f at 195 Dupont Dr.

Providence, RI George Paskalis, SIOR, and Dan Gauvin of MG Commercial leased 34,000 s/f of industrial and office space at 195 Dupont Dr. to Xeros, Inc., a subsidiary of the publicly traded, UK-based Xeros Technology Group.  

 

 

Paskalis and Gauvin represented the landlord and acquired the tenant in this transaction.  This new facility will be used primarily for the Rhode Island regional office, distribution, and research and development. With the help of the Rhode Island Commerce Corp., this will be their first Rhode Island location. With this transaction completed, the property is now fully leased.
