Parker of Lyman Real Estate leases 3,000 s/f to Sensible Organics

Chester, CT According to Lyman Real Estate CEO, Ron Lyman, CCIM, 6 Main St. has been leased to Sensible Organics, a fast growing brand of personal care and beauty products. Lyman’s Penny Parker acted as sole broker for the landlord and the tenant on the 5-year lease, which contains two 5-year renewal options.

The 6 Main St. building is a classic brick structure, built in 1902 for the Chester Savings Bank. Last occupied by the Six Main Restaurant, it was completely renovated in 2012, with a main floor of more than 3,000 s/f, plus basement and parking lot for 20 cars.

Sensible Organics, based in Beaver Falls, Penn., is a leading developer and manufacturer of certified natural and organic personal care and beauty products. Its USDA certified Nourish Organic line includes Bath & Body, Baby, Hair, and Face Care formulations.
