Lyman’s Penny Parker acted as sole broker for the landlord and the tenant on the 5-year lease, which contains two 5-year renewal options.
The 6 Main St. building is a classic brick structure, built in 1902 for the Chester Savings Bank. Last occupied by the Six Main Restaurant, it was completely renovated in 2012, with a main floor of more than 3,000 s/f, plus basement and parking lot for 20 cars.
