Paramount Properties Group and Sweeney Real Estate lease 23,425 s/f at 300 Jefferson Boulevard
John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group and Tom Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal leased 23,425 s/f of office space at 300 Jefferson Blvd.
Cregan represented the landlord, DBS Development LLC and Sweeney represented the tenant, ADP.
300 Jefferson Blvd., a three story 75,000 s/f office building which is 90% leased, is less than 1 mile from I-95, 2 minutes from TF Green Airport and 7 miles from downtown Providence.
