Paramount Properties completes two leases totaling 18,876 s/f

Daniel Cregan and John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. of Providence, have leased 13,676 s/f of office space at 25 Blackstone Valley Place to Fellowship Health Resources. Daniel Cregan represented FHR and John Cregan represented the building owner, Howland Associates. 25 Blackstone Valley Place is an 80,000 s/f two level suburban office building located off Rtes. 146 and 116. This lease brings the building to 91% occupancy. The main tenant in the building is Woonsocket-based CVS Corporation. In another transaction, Daniel Cregan leased 5,200 s/f of flex space at 83 Vermont Ave. in Warwick, to Go East Promotions. Cregan represented the building owner, Vermont Service Office Park Associates, and procured Go East Promotions in the 5,200 s/f lease. 83 Vermont Ave. is a brick 40,000 s/f, 8-unit flex building.
