Paramount Properties and ReMax/Butler complete $217,500 sale

John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group and Robert Babat of ReMax/Butler Realty have sold a 2,320 s/f office condominium at The Meadows Office Park Building at 1130 Ten Rod Rd. The sales price was $217,500. Cregan represented the seller, ARI-Meadows LLC and Babat represented the buyer, Psychotherapy Practice of North Kingstown LLC. Cregan also leased 3,300 s/f of office space at Massasoit Office Park to Safe Home Security Systems and Relevant Radio. Cregan represented the owner, DeWolf Realty, LLC and procured the tenants.
