Salem, NH Colliers brokered the sale of 10 Manor Pkwy., unit B. According to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, the 8,587 s/f industrial condominium sold for $1.175 million.
Hugo Overdeput, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the buyer, Kumar Realty, LLC, a general merchandiser wholesaler. The buyer has a retail storefront on South Bdwy. and will convert this R&D condo into warehouse space to fit the company’s needs.
The seller, SBS Real Estate Holdings, LLC, was represented by Chris Goodnow, of Goodnow Real Estate.
