Overdeput of Colliers and Casey of NPCG co-broker $4.75 million sale of 28,000 s/f The Nettles Shoppes

Salem, NH Colliers negotiated the investment sale of a 100% occupied retail plaza consisting of three free-standing buildings on 2.94 acres at 379 South Broadway.

Hugo Overdeput, a vice president with Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, Nettles Limited Partnership, in the sale of the fully leased 28,000 s/f retail plaza.

James Casey, an investment associate with Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG), represented the Mass.-based buyer.

 

 

According to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $4.75 million.

The Nettles Shoppes, with 60 parking spaces, has 500 ft. of frontage on South Broadway, a major retail corridor in town.

Tenants include FedEx Office, Cartridge World, H&R Block, Tratorria Amalfi, Above the Barre, and Allstate Insurance.
