Oster Dessel of Mott & Chace sells 55 Adams Point Rd. for $2.1 million

Barrington, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has sold  the home at 55 Adams Point Rd. for $2.1 million. Allison Oster Dessel, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the seller and facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyer.

According to data available from Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, the sale 55 Adams Point Rd. is the highest non-waterfront sale in Barrington since 2014. Additionally, this is the second most expensive home sale in Barrington in 2022. This sale makes Allison Oster Dessel the firm’s current top agent, with over $8 million in sales volume year to date.

“Five years ago this week, I joined Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Oster Dessel. “It has been such a wonderful journey and I am proud to have represented each and every client. Thank you to all who have supported me along the way!”

The New England shingle style home is sited on nearly one and a half acres in Adams Point with 3,500 s/f of living space, the home features four bedrooms and three- and one-half bathrooms.
