Opechee Construction completes 102 unit Hampton Inn for Olympia Development

Opechee Construction Corp. completed the design and construction of a 57,286 s/f, four-story Hampton Inn hotel at 407 Amherst St. The 102-guest room hotel is developed by Olympia Development, financed by Olympia Equity Investors XXIII and is managed by Olympia Hotel Management, which are all subsidiaries of The Olympia Companies of Portland. Olympia Hotel Mgmt. manages more than 1,600 rooms and 14 franchised and independent lodging establishments from Maine to Virginia. The Hampton Inn is located off of exit 8 of the Everett Tpke. The four-story building has an exterior combination of cultured stone and clapboards. Guest amenities include: an indoor pool and spa, fitness center, complimentary wireless internet, a meeting room and breakfast room. The rooms are a mix of king guest rooms, double queen guest rooms and one suite.
