Olympus Group sells 25,000 s/f former
Firefly Clubhouse - $3.8 million

East Providence, RI The former Firefly Clubhouse at 350 Fall River Ave., on the East Providence/Seekonk line has sold for $3.8 million. The 25,000 s/f facility on 10 acres will become the Macaw Country Club.

The revitalized center will feature indoor banquet dining/entertainment, sports training with locker rooms and day spa amenities. Outdoor development will include family cafe, multiple swimming areas, tennis courts and soccer field.

Gregory Micallef, broker principal of Olympus Group Real Estate, represented the seller, 350 Commercial, LLC, and procured the Macaw Country Club, Inc. as the buyer/redeveloper.
