Olympus Group and Realty Center lease 7,500 s/f to Moonshine Alley

Providence, RI The former Hanley’s Ale House at 52 Pine St. in the downtown/financial district area has been re-created as Moonshine Alley, a restaurant/entertainment venue.

A sublet portion of the Moonshine Alley complex houses the Ale House Cigar Lounge.

Greg Micallef, broker principal of Olympus Group Real Estate, represented the property owner. John Skeffington, broker principal of Realty Center, represented the tenant.
