Olson and Freni of CB Richard Ellis/NE rep. Vamosa in 2,519 s/f lease

CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE) brokered a new 2,519 s/f lease on behalf of Vamosa at 98 North Washington St. Vamosa, a sector defining software and solutions company, will occupy the third floor of the building, an 83,000 s/f office building owned by Boston Development Group. CBRE represented Vamosa in the transaction. "We're very pleased to have facilitated this transaction," said Kerry Olson, vice president at CBRE/NE. "98 North Washington St. provides Vamosa with a premier location in downtown Boston with excellent access to transit." Located in North Station area in downtown, 98 North Washington St. is situated directly across from the new Kennedy Greenway and offers proximity to both North Station and Haymarket Station. Only steps away from the historic North End, the five-story building provides easy access to Rte. 1, I-93 and the Zakim Bridge. Surrounding amenities include TD Banknorth Garden as well as an array of restaurants and coffee shops. The CBRE team of Olson, vice and Jon Freni, senior associate, represented Vamosa in the transaction; Boston Development Group was self-represented.
