CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE) brokered a new 2,519 s/f lease on behalf of Vamosa at 98 North Washington St. Vamosa, a sector defining software and solutions company, will occupy the third floor of the building, an 83,000 s/f office building owned by Boston Development Group. CBRE represented Vamosa in the transaction.
