Friedenberg of Sherin and Lodgen, LLP inducted to ACREL

Peter Friedenberg, chair of Sherin and Lodgen LLP's real estate department, has been elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the premier association of U.S. real estate lawyers. Friedenberg is the only Mass. lawyer invited to join the organization this year. Friedenberg maintains a broad transactional real estate practice involving the acquisition, development, ground leasing, permitting, financing, leasing, and disposition of properties. His clients include educational institutions, nonprofit entities, public agencies and operating companies. He serves as one of only two outside real estate counsel to a Fortune 100 company regarding its national real estate facilities program. Friedenberg is also a LEED Accredited Professional. "We are excited to have Peter's skills and accomplishments acknowledged by this prestigious organization. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, cum laude, and his B.A. cum laude, from the University of Rochester.
