Oliveira of Re/Max Professionals of Newport sells 18,000 s/f - $905,000
Frank Oliveira of Re/Max Professionals of Newport represented the sellers, Merrifield - Roberts Realty, LLC in the sale of 71 Broad Common Rd. to JSMCO, LLC.
The agent representing the buyer was Brian Clark of Sperry Van Ness. The 18,000 s/f building originally built 12 meter yachts and other boats in its time and eventually fabricated works of art for sculptors throughout the country.
The sale price was $905,000.
