Ogasapian and Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes Realty lease 14,000 s/f

Westford, MA According to R.W. Holmes Realty, MedAcuity Software has leased 14,000 s/f of office space at 210 Littleton Rd. MedAcuity Software is a growing medical device software company that has experienced rapid growth in recent years.

Mike Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes represented MedAcuity and Jim Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes represented the landlord, K&L Realty.

MedAcuity Software started in 2007 with two seasoned software engineers and has grown into the go-to U.S.-based software development partner for leading MedTech companies. Over 95% of its business is from existing clients and referrals, including 8 of the top 10 global medical device manufacturers. 

210 Littleton Rd. is a 53,000 s/f class A office building that was the former corporate headquarters for Veryfine and MatrixOne. The building was acquired by K&L Realty in the summer of 2015. K&L has completed several capital improvements to the property including lobby and façade renovations, a new HVAC system, and LED lighting throughout the building.
