Obar of Paramount Partners brokers 1,367 s/f lease

Jamaica Plain, MA Sam Obar of Paramount Partners brokered the lease of a 1,367 s/f retail storefront 
at 781 Centre St. Obar represented the landlord, Hajjar Management of Milton, and procured the tenant, REPS Fitness Studio. This will be REPS’ second location, the other being in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood.
