Obar and Pilla of Paramount Partners sell 1350 Mineral Spring Ave. for $840,000 to Studio 1350, LLC
North Providence, RI Sam Obar, associate, and Richard Pilla, principal of Paramount Partners brokered the sale of a 13,700 s/f retail building at 1350 Mineral Spring Ave. for $840,000 to Studio 1350, LLC of Providence.
Paramount Partners represented the seller, Petrarca Realty, Inc. of Cumberland.
Leeds Mitchell, SIOR, executive vice president of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
The transaction closed on November 26, 2019.
