O,R&L Comm'l. brokers two transactions

Richard Gold of O,R&L Commercial, LLC has leased 151 West Main St. The 1,050 s/f stand-alone building was leased for three years by Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut for a donation drop site. Gold represented the landlord, and Paul Roy of H. Pearce Commercial represented the tenant. In another transaction, Brett Eagleson of O,R&L Commercial sold unit 11 at 420 East Main St. also known as the Thimble Creek Office Condominiums. O,R&L Commercial represented the seller MS Realty Associates in the sale of the 2,100 s/f office condo. The buyer was Summit Planning Group, a Branford-based wealth management and financial services company, who will be relocating from 2 Summit Place in Branford. Summit Planning Group has been doing business in the greater New Haven area for over 15 years and is very excited about its new location. O,R&L Commercial provides construction, property management and brokerage services throughout the Northeast. The brokerage division completed more than $200 million in transactions in Connecticut during 2010.
