Richard Guralnick, CCIM of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has participated in the sale of 16 Business Park Dr., a 30,000 s/f light industrial facility on two acres. The transaction took place at the New Haven law office of Stuart Margolis who, along with Guralnick, represented GMA, LLC, the owner of the property.
The property was the former headquarters for GravyMaster, Inc. before the sale of the business to Richardson Brands Company of Canajoharie, N.Y.
