Gene O'Neill of Northway Real Estate, Inc. has completed the sale of the 61 Brown St, formerly the Glynn Memorial Hospital. The 41,000 s/f structure on 4 acres is directly adjacent to the Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack Valley. The selling price was $1.65 million.
The buyers will begin a complete rehab of the building to house a high end private pay substance abuse and eating disorder facility that will create 100 new jobs in the city.
O'Neill represented the seller and secured the buyer.
