Margulies and Veneziano join Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.

Evan Margulies and Rob Veneziano have joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. as senior mortgage advisors. Margulies and Veneziano will be offering a range of home loan products, including conventional, government, jumbo and Mass Housing loans. Margulies has worked in the mortgage industry for two years and comes to the industry with a background in sports management. Veneziano comes to Fairway with 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry. His specialties include first time homebuyers, debt consolidation, renovation and construction loans, and second home and investment property loans, as well as less common products like interest-only loans and reverse mortgages. "I strive to make the loan process as stress-free as possible for borrowers by making myself accessible and addressing questions and concerns quickly," said Veneziano. "The support of the Fairway team will allow me to provide even better customer service." Veneziano enjoys being active in his time off, with hobbies including snowboarding, longboarding and world travel. His favorite trips so far include motorcycling across the United States and going on a safari in South Africa. Said Boston branch manager David Lazowski "I am thrilled to welcome Evan and Rob to the branch. Their passion and energy will make us even more competitive in 2015." Margulies graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in business before going on to earn a master's degree in sports management from Drexel University. Veneziano is a graduate of Penn State with a bachelor's degree in marketing and marketing management.
