O'Callaghan of Binswanger brokers sale of 170,000 s/f: On behalf of Shamrock Associates, LLC
On behalf of Shamrock Associates, LLC, Binswanger has sold a single-story 170,000 s/f manufacturing & distribution building on 94 acres. The property is located at 50 Chase Hill Rd.
The buyer, a New York City based wholesaler and distributor of garments plans on investing additional capital into the facility in the coming weeks. The sale represents one of the largest, vacant buildings in excess of 100,000 s/f in the Rhode Island marketplace.
"It was a pleasure working with both parties on this sale. Given that there was no financing involved certainly made for an easier transaction, and will ultimately be a welcome addition to local community," said Tim O'Callaghan, executive vice president of Binswanger.
The transaction was handled solely by O'Callaghan executive vice president in Binswanger's Natick office.
