Hudson, NH Novaya Real Estate Ventures has leased 119,000 s/f of industrial space to BAE Systems, which is relocating from Merrimack. The property, located at 36 Executive Dr., features 32’ clear height, 40x40 column spacing, and ample loading and trailer parking. There is 95,000 s/f of available space at the property.
“The lease-up of 36 Executive Dr. reflects the scarcity of class A industrial facilities north of Boston. We are pleased to forge a new partnership with BAE Systems and welcome them to Hudson,” said Jeff Theobald, principal at Novaya Real Estate Ventures.
