Real Living The Norwood Group has opened an office at 150 Broad St. "Opening up the new office is like a déjà vu scenario"said Karl Norwood. "In 1978 we moved into this same location to service the Greater Nashua area, here we are again with a new generation of Realtors and technology. We will be focusing in 2011 towards building an outstanding Real Living office with agents that have the right tools for the job and the right attitudes to succeed in today's market." The new office has experienced a major face-lift inclusive of a complete interior renovation, which will house 20 professional brokers, and meeting and training facilities with the latest in computer systems and telephone networks. The exterior of the building has the Norwood Group colors of Colonial yellow. Thom Nofsinger has been hired as the office manager. Nofsinger said, "We came into this market as a family owned business, with a solid foundation reflected in the strategic locations of all three offices, technology driven coupled with training at its highest level, all encompassed by a theme of excellence". The Norwood Group was founded in 1968 by Karl and Louise Norwood, which began with a residential office in Amherst. The company expanded into many other facets of the real estate industry becoming the largest full service real estate company in the State.
